I follow the illustrator Zuzana Svobodova, and her illustration of the Northern Lights and colorful characters did not disappoint. This tale is a heartfelt rhyme that attracts attention and holds the reader eager for the following line. Rory is the main character, and his adventure to find his dream and the friends he meets along the way will keep children intrigued and in awe. No disappointment here. The story is a discovery of friendship of different animals on this habitat. They each have the cutest of personalities and share an adventure to find the spectacular lights! I won’t give away the end, but you will find the most incredible art with such a beautiful story with rhyming words to help encourage literacy. The educational bonus at the end is such a great way to give your kids those fun facts they will share with their friends and grandparents too. Highly recommend! He liked when Rory met all the animals and I loved the beautiful illustrations and thought if flowed nicely. We enjoyed reading the facts at the end as well and both had a couple aha moments.
